12 Refreshing Cocktails Your Wedding Guests Will Drink to The Last Drop

Hooray! It’s officially spring, the season when flowers start to bloom, bees start to buzz, and cocktails get a little more crisp and delicious. Want to really wow your wedding guests this time of year? Offer one of these delightful and bold signature spring cocktails as a refreshing treat to their tastebuds.

The Absolut Elyx Ingrid

Frothy. Tangy. Sweet

1.5 parts Absolut Elyx

0.5 part Bitters

1 part freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

0.5 part sugar syrup

2 dashes of orange bitters

half an egg white

Method: Shake all ingredients first without ice to emulsify egg white. Shake with cubed ice and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with edible flower.


Purple rain

Briar patch meets herb garden

2 pts. Rutte Celery Gin

1 pt. fresh lime juice

¾ pt. simple syrup

3 Blackberries

2 Sage leaves

4 dashes Cardamon bitters

Method: Muddle blackberries then add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a highball glass over regular ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a blackberry and lime wedge.


Enjoy the Thyme

A complex adventure of sweet, tart and smoke

2 pts. Rutte Old Simon Genever

3 large wedges of lemon

1 pt. simple syrup

roasted thyme sprigs

Method: Muddle lemon with sugar. Add Rutte Old Simon Genever. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a burnt/roasted thyme sprig.


The Daisy

Think margarita, with the aromatics of juniper

2 pts. Rutte Celery Gin

1 pt. Mandarine Napoléon

1 pt. fresh lime juice

¼ pt. agave syrup

Method: Add all ingredients, shake and strain into a margarita glass or over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

2 pts. Rutte Celery Gin

1 pt. Fresh Lime Juice

2 Mint leaves

Top with Kombrewcha Original

Method: Add all ingredients and pour into glass over ice in mason jar. Garnish with mint leaves.


Basil Smash

Herbaceous and fresh summer cocktail

2 pts. Rutte Celery Gin

1 pt. fresh lemon juice

⅔ pt. simple syrup

9 basil leaves (one for garnish)

Method: Add all ingredients with ice, shake vigorously and double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.



Garden fresh aromatic gin and tonic

2 pts. Rutte Celery Gin

Method: Top with tonic water in wine glass over regular ice. Add juniper berries, cucumber slice, and lime wheels. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig.


Grapefruit Splash

Fresh and interesting ale and citrus delight

2 pts. Rutte Celery Gin

Top with Stiegl Sadler

Method: Build in a highball glass over regular ice and top with Stiegl Radler. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice.

0.25oz. St. Germaine

0.25oz. Caravella Limoncello

Method: Pour 3.25oz. Batch into mixing glass with ice. Sprinkle in just a small amount of glitter (a little goes a long way!!!) Build in mixing glass; add ice; stir 40 revolutions, Strain into Gold-rimmed coupe glass, Garnish with lemon twist

.75 oz lemon vanilla syrup

.75 oz pommeau de normandie

.75 oz apple juice

Method: Pour from tap over half cubes, half crushed ice, Serve in mason jar, Top with sno-cone of crushed ice, Garnish with skewered apple fan.

1 drop Liquid Stevia

3 Blackberries

.5oz. Aloe Vera Water

.75oz. Lemon Juice

1oz. Lillet Blanc

1oz. Amontillado Sherry

Method: Add all ingredients to shaker(except for Kombucha), add ice, shake, Double strain into a Goblet orCoupe, Top with Kombucha, Garnish with as many berries as you’d like.
